The Company offers Subsidised rates to elderly citizens in possession of a "Karta Anzjan" issued by the Government. Persons with disability possesing a special pass issued by the Ministry of Social Policy, benefit from a reduced fare.

Furthermore, Gozo Channel offers priority boarding to Gozo residents who for reasons of health are obliged to cross over to Malta on a regular basis for specialized treatment which is not yet available in Gozo. This against presentation of a medical certificate testifying to the validity of such need.
